The Honestflex Textile Reinforced Air Hose is a general-purpose air and water delivery hose with a synthetic fiber braided reinforcement layer and SBR rubber as the base material. It is widely used in various pneumatic systems and water supply operations due to its excellent cost-effectiveness and balanced physical properties. The hose features a three-layer composite structure: the inner layer is made of black SBR synthetic rubber extrusion molding, providing good airtightness and moderate oil resistance, meeting the daily transportation needs of air, water, and mild chemicals; the reinforcement layer uses a high-tensile-strength synthetic fiber braided layer, providing stable pressure resistance and ensuring dimensional stability and no bulging or deformation under a working pressure of 20 Bar; the outer layer is also made of black SBR rubber, formed into a dense and uniform protective layer through an extrusion coating process, giving the hose excellent wear resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. The hose operates in a temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, maintaining good flexibility in both extremely cold and high-temperature environments.
