This hose is precision-manufactured with a three-layer composite structure: the inner rubber layer is made of black NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil and fuel resistance, effectively resisting the corrosion of media such as gasoline, diesel, hydraulic oil, and biodiesel; the reinforcing layer uses a double reinforcement structure of high-tensile strength textile cord and spiral steel wire. The textile cord provides basic compressive strength, while the built-in spiral steel wire gives the hose excellent negative pressure resistance, ensuring that the hose does not flatten or collapse under suction conditions. Some specifications also include anti-static copper wire to eliminate the risk of static electricity buildup; the outer rubber layer is covered with highly wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, with a textured surface treatment to enhance scratch resistance and aging resistance.
